Classic Cheese & Cucumber Sandwich with a Twist

The simple idea of thinly grating cucumber into paper-thin slices (using a basic kitchen grater) can transform the classic Cheese &Cucumber Sandwich into something much more exciting!
- 2 slice toast - توست

- 1 medium cucumber - خيار
Step by step
- Spread the cheese over the toast.
- Using a kitchen grater, grate the cucumber into paper-thin round slices. Arrange some cucumber slices on the cheese (as much as your child would prefer). Add the second slice on top, press gently, cut in half and serve!
